Safeguarding - Wellbeing and Protection Practice Documents for Clubs

Unfortunately, there may be times where a concern is raised against an individual known to you. In these instances, it can be difficult to comprehend the information being disclosed. However, it is expected that you would be non-judgemental, reassure the individual they have done the correct thing in disclosing the information, believe them and report the information, regardless of your opinion or experience of the individual of concern.

We all have a responsibility to promote safe practice within our sport, and we must work together to create an environment where all concerns can be raised without fear of victimisation or reprisal.

The below documents are standalone guides for clubs and individuals on what to do should a wellbeing or protection concern be raised.
