Our Strategy

Over summer 2023, we consulted our membership for further input. The strategy was split into two documents.

Firstly, the Blueprint, which outlined our vision, values, and beliefs, and how we wanted to work.

Secondly, the Strategic Plan, which was intended to provide direction and define our priorities.

The third output to complete the overall strategy was the creation of delivery plans for the key areas of focus.
